The conference under the title of “The Impact of Social and Digital Media on the Kurdish Language” was held in the presence of the Consul General of France, Mr. Yann Braem, and Mr. Pascal Ross, the Cooperation and Cultural Advisor at the French embassy.

This event was organized by the Institut Français Erbil in collaboration with the Kurdistan Center for Art and Culture, as well as Zar & Zaman magazine.

This conference is the result of two days of workshops attended by authors, researchers and academics, with the aim of identifying the linguistic challenges associated with digital age.
